AEROTECHNIKI was established in Thessaloniki in 1975 and is active in the field of absorptions for wood factories and ventilations.
We design and build absorption systems, galvanized polygonal Silos with filters for the collection of shavings, sawdust and dust, as well as for their extraction via screw conveyors to the transportation means or to the boiler for burning. We also design and build exhaust pipes systems and suction fans aiming a 99% guaranteed efficiency and bearing in mind the minimum noise level.
We produce oil and wood fan heaters, pressurized painting cabins, painting cataracts, autonomous absorbent grinding benches, rolling and stable absorbing filters, air vents and components for exhaust pipes.

We design absorption systems, galvanized polygonal Silos for the collection of shavings, sawdust and dust, and build them always according to the requirements and needs of our customers. These silos are made of heavy structure with various diameter, from 2000 mm to diameter 6000 mm, with capacity from 12 m3 to 400 m3, with filtering widened head. These filtering sleeves are made of a special felt (>99%), cleaning by shaking, as well as for their extraction via screw conveyors to the transportation means or to the boiler for burning. The extraction system characterized by high extraction capacity, made from strong steel, includes inclined screw, leaf springs, horizontal auger and motor reducer.
We produce also ventilators from 0,5 HP to 100 HP, electric centrifugal fans, belt or direct drive. These ventilators are highly efficient, sturdy and noiseless. The autonomous sanding bench is made from galvanized sheet and it used for extracting and eliminating dusts produced by manual sanding and/or portable tools. It features the countercurrent cleaning of the filters by compressed air jets activated by push buttons.

We produce oil and wood fan heaters, pressurized painting cabins, painting cataracts, autonomous absorbent grinding benches, rolling and stable absorbing filters, air vents and components for exhaust pipes. We also introduce pellets machine, producing 50-300 kg/h with diameter 7-8-10 mm.
