Ahillia was founded by Sigalas family, with care and respect against nature. Herbs and fruits are collected and prepared in their enviroment and they are worked out to products, preserving the authentic Greek quality in them.

It is indeed marvelous how a leaf, a plant, a flower or a root is able to heal or at least relieve from an illness. All these were under Eleni Sigalas knowledge, who was observing since her childhood. For 15 successive years she was working for the Greek Ministry of Agriculture giving lessons and teaching womens associations and agro-tourist companies how to make sweets,  marmelades, traditional pasta, how to extract from herbs and to assimilate the knowledge of collection and packing of the herbs.

 After over 30 years of experience, she continues the collection of herbs around every Greek mountain, taking special care at the adequency of them, since there are many that are being exausted.
