The company “ARAPIDIS” was founded in 1969 producing light fittings. Its headquarters were located in Nea Ionia in Al. Panagouli Str. and comprised an area of 400 sq.m. Initially the company was a workshop which concentrated on the assembly of light fittings

At the end of the 1980s having managed to make a well-known name for itself
after 11 years in the market, the company was moved to private premises of 3.000 sq.m. in Metamorfosi,Attica, where not only the production but also the warehouse are housed. The company has verticalised to a great degree where its production procedure is concerned, carrying out all phases from the industrialised design through to production, having acquired specific experience particularly in professional lighting and spot lights.

Finished and semi finished products, production equipment such as presses are housed at the company’s premises which also serve as its wholesale showroom.
The company has managed to establish cooperation with the largest Greek commercial chains of electric and lighting equipment and has representatives throughout Greece.
The company’s products are of the highest standard of quality not only in terms of design but also of production.

Its light fittings have recently been certified with CE in comphance with European legislation and are also certified according to ISO 9001:2000 by TÜV Nord as well as to the Quality Management ROHS.
