In Skalochori of Lesvos became operating from the summer of 2007, the Apiculture Workshop which is a normative standard unit of honey and beehive products such as pollen, royal jelly, propolis and Melikeridia.
The Apiculture Workshop belongs to John Canberrou family and the honey producing and typing has the name Melostagma.
The Apiculture Workshop belongs to John Canberrou family and the honey producing and typing has the name Melostagma.This is the only vertically integrated unit (ie Production, Standardization and Trade) in the North Aegean in a phase of certification ISO 2200. This means that all European standards and the hygiene rules for food laboratories are keeping at all levels.
All materials of the laboratory is approved, full automation and flow production (without human intervention and human hands) and all honey processing equipment are stainless steel with full CE certification.
