COMPANY PROFILE
With valuable experience and knowledge of three whole generations in the area of fisheries, the pioneering Terizakis family created a modern integrated production and marketing unit for anchovy and sardine fillets.
Stella Mare Fisheries specializes in the excellent quality of anchovy and sardine fillets, fished exclusively from the heart of the Mediterranean Sea (The "Greek Sushi").
The most stringent hygiene standards and innovative technology apply in our facilities of approximately 2000 m².
The filleting process which is effected through highly specialized equipment, similar to which, only 5 exist in the whole world.
The products are kept at temperatures between 0 ° C - 4 ° C for our fresh and processed products and at -18 ° C for our frozen products.

• Marinated Sardine and Anchovy Fillets 100gr & 1400gr (with or without garlic)
• Salt Anchovy Fillet 100gr
• Smoked Sardine Fillet 60gr & 1000gr (plain, slightly spicy and very spicy)
• Sardine Fillet with cereals and spicy in 200gr (fresh) and 300gr & 1000gr (frozen)
All our products are maintained without preservatives, covered only with extra virgin olive oil certified by Messinian olive cultivation.
