Elviart has come a long way since its conception 66 years ago and we now dominate the Greek market with more than 55% market share. We have invested heavily in an extensive export program and our pita bread can be found in dozens of countries around the world.

We have forged and maintained long-term partnerships with distributers who are equally passionate about our pita bread and it is now available throughout Europe, Australia and America.

 

With continued investment in technology, our daily production has reached 650,000 pieces of pita. We supply supermarkets, restaurants, grills, professionals and merchants throughout Greece, as well as abroad and offer consumers consistently high quality with authentic Greek flavor.

We dont take quality for granted and we are committed to producing pita of the very highest standard.

This commitment is backed by extensive certification by relevant controlling bodies for the Food Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 22000: 2005, BRC-A and HALAL. In addition, our human resources team run an extensive and systematic Health & Safety training system.

To continue on our path we actively invest in staff training and have a strong NPD capability. We are always looking to innovate and introduce shapes and flavors which provide interest, nutritional value and unique flavor to our products.
