The company was founded to serve the Dutch multination electronic company PHILIPS (Hellas N.S.O.) as the sole distributor of Professional Observation Systems (P.O.S.) in the Greek market.

The company distributes Public ADDRESS & Access Control products since 01/01/92. As of 01/01/93 Integrated Security Systems and E.A.S. products expanded the company’s activities. Since 1998 C.S.I. S.A. is part of European PHILIPS distribution channel, as official distribution and technical support partner.

C.S.I. S.A. business is divided in two main sectors:
- National distribution through local authorized centers
- Design and execution of large scale projects

Some of the most important communication and security projects in Greece have been designed and executed from our company or related technical and construction companies under our value participation. Traffic control surveillance communicating with fiber optics, the Public ADDRESS Systems of the biggest Greek stadiums and under water tunnels, the congress systems of public organisations and Greek ministries, the paging and nurse call systems that are used from the majority of Greek hospitals and our CCTV installations in approx. 800 Greek bank branches, clarify our strong presentation in the local market.
Meanwhile C.S.I. S.A. continues to expand by adding to its product portfolio other products, focusing on the field of communications and security systems.
